I had my round trip from PHX MRY PHX canceled.. I was trying to change my duty time to show @ 13:55, but APDL won't let me show any later then 7:25, the canceled departure time..

This is a known issue.
One way of handling it (if you're pay-protected for the segments canceled):
- add a new segment with a Pay Adjustment category and set to the pay-protected amount
- Delete/Remove canceled segments
- Edit report time

This is what the "canceled prior to duty" payroll category is used for.
