Cannot install Logbook Pro after downloading

I am a current Logbook Pro user.

After running the restore cd on my computer I downloaded Logbook Pro version 1.9.8.5

When I try to open and run the install I get the following message.

1155 File C:\documents and settings\DUANE\desktop\instmsi30.exe not found

I tried multiple times with the same response.
