Logbook Pro Assistance Is Sh!t.
Don't Help No Body.
There Is No Way To Submit A Ticket For Normal Assistance.
They Ask You So Many Codes In A Way To Discourage The Submition Of The Ticket By Itself.
They Do It For Puorpose.
Never Again Buy Such A Bullsh!t Product Like This One.
No Direct Contact With Customer.
Most Unprofessional Way To Behave.

A whole month to try get in contact with somebody for assistance and there is no way to get it .... no phone numbers. no direct e-mail.
the site is a mess.
amazing

It is a month that I am trying to get my
- Serial Number.
- My Unlock Key.

- What is the Application Version?
- What is a Maintanance Support Number?
- Is the password to unzip the same as the unlock key?

As you can see there are to many password, serial numbers, keys to unlock, and kind of secret codes, just to ask a question on MY product, that I paid with MY money giving it to YOU.

I would like a direct contact with NC software to ask and solve my problems with Log book Pro. No forums, spending hours try to figure if the guy is writing the post have the same issue I have. Than figure if the answer of tech support is appropriate to my issue, than try it out on my pc... than... than... than.

NONE OF THAT.
DIRECT CONTACT WITH SPECIALIST WHO SOLVE PROBLEMS.

Of course forums are helping, but is not the main way to give assistance to people who paid for a program thrusting NC Software on the spot.

Fast, professional and pertinent.
Thank You.
Francesco Graffigna.

Francesco,

As I informed you in my prior reply, you can e-mail support@nc-software.com for assistance.

For assistance retrieving prior registration information, please consult our "Lost Unlock Code" section of our policies for resources to assist you:

http://www.nc-software.com/policies.aspx

If you placed your order prior to September 12, 2005 please try our Registration Recall Center at http://www.nc-software.com/KeyRecall.aspx

If you placed your order AFTER September 12, 2005, you can login to our online store at http://secure.nc-software.com/myaccount.aspx to click on invoices of prior orders which contain your registration codes.

If you ordered APDL prior to June 1, 2005 or purchased from Sporty's Pilot Shop, or you are unable to use the resources listed above for assistance, you'll need to purchase our $15 registration rekey service from the URL below and we'll manually find your orders and regenerate your license information. Proof of purchase, credit card statements, etc. may be required to complete this process.

It's unfortunate that we have people like Francesco that fly off the handle and really speak out of context. My experience with Neal and Logbook Pro has been nothing but professional. If you use the means that he has set forth for software problems you will always have an answer/response back within 30 minutes and the problem fixed within the day.

I think that Francesco needs to go try and purchase another logbook program that has better customer service than Logbook Pro. All i can say to that is GOOD LUCK. This is the best in the industry, and i just hope this guy isn't a professional in the industry. With the way he treats other professionals i would hate to know he is at the controls of anyone's lives, let alone would i want to sit in the same cockpit as this character. He for sure is on my black list.

Good luck!!

Keep up the awesome work NEAL!! Your products are great and your support is even better!

support team? Where is it?

To my modest point of you, if I payed such money for a type of softwere, on the spot, thrusting others, receiving good opinions about it, and than I have a solveable, easy problem, which is get a simple unlock key, and this is not possible to have it.... well I don't know...
In whatever world web site if you forget your password you just give back your email address, maybe a coulple of personal questions, maybe you have to wait a couple of hours because the company have to check you out, and than, here we go, you have your password again. Is it difficult? Maybe, those guys than must be very intelligent or very....

Dear express00 you write like somebody is paying you to do it, hope not, hope I am wrong.
Anyway I whish you GOOD LUCK too.
Regarding the professionalism: well I am in an enviroment very dynamic where out of an input there is an equal input back untill the issue is not over, a kind of Newton law, do you know it? mmmh maybe....
The point is that probably I have been very unlucky because, despite of you, I have been trying to solve my problem, and in a month no solution on the horizon was showing off. So thank you for whish me good luck.

By the way, you are NOT on my black list. And you know why? Because in life, REAL life, there is no black list at all. But this another story: it is called living.
Again, all the best.
