custom logbook using report designer

I've created a custom logbook using the report designer. I've two columns containing time in (IN) and time out (OUT). However, for some reason these columns are not filled with the times when I preview a logbook report. Also when I print the logbook, these columns are empty. I've defined the data fields in the reprot designer with "OUT" and "IN" respectively.

Hello,

Select the custom columns you created in the template designer, then look at the left side of the template system and make sure the Data Field is set correctly. Then save the template and preview it.

Done it, still no entry generated.

Submit a support ticket and attach a backup (.BAK) of your data file and tell me which template you are using and I'll see what's going on.
