Q1
AFTER HAVING ENTERED MY PAPER LOG INTO LOGBOOK PRO [SPREADSHEET STYLE]... THEN DISCOVERING >CUSTOMIZE LOGBOOK SETTINGS>AIRCRAFT> COST/HOUR FIELD FOR THE "FLIGHT COST" FIELD IN SPREADSHEET VIEW;
IS THERE ANY WAY OF GETTING LOGBOOK PRO TO PUT IN FLIGHT COST FOR THE PREVOIUSLY ENTERED FLIGHTS, BASED ON DURATION TIMES?
THE ONLY WAY I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ENTER THE "FLIGHT COSTS" IS TO GO INTO EACH PREVIOUS ENTRY AND ADJUST THE "DURATION" FIELD PULL DOWN HOURS ENTRY, TO ANOTHER FIGURE THEN PUT IN THE CORRECT FIGURE AT WHICH TIME THE COST FIELD UPDATES AUTOMATICALLY FOR EACH AIRPLANE TYPE...!

Q2
ICREATED A "BRIEFING EXPENSES" FIELDFROM >THE CUSTOMIZE LOGBOOK SETTINGS>OPTIONS>CUSTOM >"EXPENSE FIELD" IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET LOGBOOK PRO TO CALCULATE THE COST BASED ON BRIEFING COST/HOUR FIGURE AND THE "DURATION" FIELD TIME AUTOMATICALLY, RATHER THAN ME HAVING TO TYPE IN EACH ENTRY?

Q3
THE EXPENSE FIELD IS IN BRITISH POUNDS CAN THIS BE CHANGED TO DOLLARS OR OTHERS?

Hello,

Q1 - The cost calculation only occurs when changing a Duration as you found out. This is intentional as if the cost, such as a rental rate, changes in the future, you wouldn't want prior cost entries to automatically change.

Q2 - The only auto-calc expense is the Cost/hr

Q3 - The currency locale is based off your computer settins (Windows Control Panel, Regional Settings) and cannot be changed within Logbook Pro

Please be advised typing in ALL CAPS is considered 'shouting' :)
