DURATION in HH:MM format vice Decimal

I need to track my flightDURATION in raw time (HH:MM), and have no use for time in a decimal format (payroll calculates by the minute, and I like to keep them honest). Is there and option to NOT CONVERT TO DECIMAL that I haven't found yet? (I've just recently downloaded the program and started the evaluation process.... I'dlike to determine if the program will meet my requirements). Thanks, JD
