duty and block times

I'm using APDAL version 4.31. Whenever I try to enter my duty on/off times, it computes the times incorrectly. For example, on March 26 I begin duty at 0530 and end at 0940. After entering these times it computes a duty time of 23 hours and 10 minutes. What am I doing incorrectly?
