While you have touted the costs of your updates, you have initiated and raise the fees of the associated subscription(s). Instead of the multiple subscriptions, how about private pilot (app sync & 5 backups) and professional pilot (app sync, 10 backups, schedule importer) subscriptions with affordable and reasonable fees?

Angel,

Thank you for your suggestions. We have actually reduced the price of subscriptions since we started in Jan 2011. The schedule importer has been drastically reduced, cloud sync and cloud backup have both come down significantly since they started as well. Cloud Sync has been simplified, we used to offer a device and universal subscription, now it's just one simple cloud sync for apps subscription and all apps are free. With your one cloud sync subscription you can use your iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, Android Phone, Android Tablet, Kindle Fire, and Barnes & Noble NOOK tablet. Other products you have to pay a huge fee for each platform, we've made it not only as affordable as possible, we also make it as simple as possible to sync and use. And with this system you're likely to always use the latest software which keeps you with great features, lowers our support demands, it's a win-win for everyone.
