Entry Time and Log ID

A few months back after an update my LBP started showing 2 new columns immediately after the date column titles "Entry Time" and 'Log ID." Also at that time, it became impossible for me to input anything other than number characters while in the spreadsheet view. I have tried resetting the layout as well as purging all layouts yet those 2 columns remain and I am only able to make entries via the Windows view. What do I need to do to fix this?
