Errant sync with log book pro

Several of my custom pay categories are showing up in log book pro after the sync occurs. For example, I have a "pay only" catergory for a customs credit. The only block checked for this category is pay. Why is this showing up in log book pro as a line item? This requires that I go back through and delete all non-flying entries.
