Holiday Pay

I'm trying to add holiday pay (we get 150%) for the flying I did yesterday and I've looked at several threads here that say to adjust the leg rig for the new payroll category to 3:2. The problem I'm having is that the field does not appear to be editable and using the "plus" and "minus" buttons only allows for 2:1, 3:1, and so forth.

What am I doing wrong? Or if I'm completely off base, how do I set this up?

There are plus and minus buttons for BOTH sides of the ratio. Seems you're only adjusting the left side.
