Error in ntdll.dll

I am using Logbook Pro Professional version 1.10.25. The copy on my laptop recently stopped running, (Win XP Home). Upon loading I get the windows "encountered error" message. The error sig is:

Appname: logbook.exe Appver:1.10.0.25 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 0001888f

I've done an uninstall/reinstall, (including renaming the logbook pro folder).

I'm not familiar with that DLL, it sounds like a core DLL in Windows. The only thing I can suggest is the uninstall, reboot, reinstall, otherwise I have to assume it's a problem with Windows, external issue to that of Logbook Pro.
