Hello Neal,
I purchased Flight Central Route Browser from you in a bundled package. The download process seemed just fine, but it appears to have downloaded a trial version. When I downloaded the application I was very carful to use my exact "Registered Name" and "Key Code." Now when I try to access their website via the "additional support" via the Route Browser help menu I get the following message:
error 403: Forbidden!
The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. Authorization will not help and the request SHOULD NOT be repeated.
Do you have any suggestions?
