Trouble launching newly installed Route Browser

Just downloaded and installed Route Browser. Installation seemed to go normally. However, when I go to launch the program I get the following:

"This app has failed to start because MSDATl2.dll was not found. Re-installing may fix this problem".

I click "OK" then I get: "The airports file 'C:\Program Files\Route Brouser\ Airports.apt' could not beopened".

I have purchased a reg key. HELP! Thanks!!
