Flight Log Import

I import my monthly log from Airline logbook, and in their import sequence it asks for A/C type to be entered. This is already in the data that I export, but it still asks for it. When I import the data though, it tells me I have a new A/C type added and this needs attention. Subsequently none of my autofill fields work whenever I import a months worth of data. Any help? Thanks.......
