Hot syncing times to LBP

I have a question for anyone that can answer it. I put my "scheduled and actual 'out' and 'in' times" into my APDL. However, when I sync to logbook pro on my desktop, the times that come across are the scheduled times rather than the actual times. Is there a way I can change this or do I have to put my actual time in the scheduled blocks on APDL to make it sync properly?

In APDL, on the main logpage screen the first row for each leg is the "Actual" out and in times. The Second row is the "Scheduled" out and in times.
