Im trying to import my GS from last month. Here is the info that is pasted. In APDL.net it shows it as a 4 day but when it is imported into the app it only shows a 2 day. And it moves my deadheads on day 4 to day 2......

Ground school isn't something that will likely import very well. Things like this may need to be created manually, including the deadheads on both ends

I've tried to input manually. Unfortunately there's no way I can get both the times and payroll right. It was a 9 hour class but we are only paid 4 hours for training. There's an option to set minimum credit but there should be an option to set maximum credit too for instances like this

Keith. Have your tried making a duty period on the days? I got stuck in RDU last year when the hurricane came up the coast. Here a picture of what I did.

Keith, You could create a custom payroll category for the ground school and set it so that "apply to pay" is turned off. Set that to 9 hours. Then add a "payroll adjustment" for the appropriate number of hours of pay.

This is why we added the payroll adjustment category. We found during testing that there are many different caveats to different contracts and we knew we couldn't support all of them for pay purposes at release. The payroll adjustment category will help bridge the gap until we get specifics like this built in.
