That one does not sound familiar. Please go to our support page at http://www.nc-software.com/supportrequest.aspx and send us several samples of your schedule format. Try to send us all different looking trips so that we can make the most efficient airline filter for you.

Hi Josh,

I sent a request, here is the support # SPT-060106.43563.

Jalways does not offer an electronic version, so I made that one up. It can be changed to any way that will work for you guys. Luckily there are not that many pairings and they don't change very often. I would be updating it and then sending the updates to any Jalways guys who use the program. I would really like to get it up and running as quickly as possible.

If you will have to tweak the schedule, you can see if there is a format you like in http://help.logbookpro.com/apdl/apdl-scheduleimporter.pdf and then use the appropriate filter name when importing it.

Should I keep it in excel or convert over to pdf? What do you recommend?

Well either way, it will be pasted as plain text in the importer window so whatever works out easier.
