Is there a PDF of the manual?

My wife wants to study the manual while waiting to pick up the kids, etc. I can't find a PDF manual to print out. Everything seems to be in a help file format. That may be slick but it isn't very portable. Is there a PDF of the manual domewhere?

No, there is no manual or PDF readable format. You could go through and print the topics, but that's the only way of getting it from the help file format to a portable format.
