Resolved Logbook Pro stopped working

I update my logbook about every 6-9 months and when I went to open it this time, after the sign in it goes to the "Cloud Synchoronizer" at the "Preparing data for Cloud" it stops and says Logbook Pro Stopped working and shuts Logbook Pro down. I tried the repair and modify from the website but still receive the same results.
In the future please use our support channel by opening a ticket on the help desk.

You can try uninstalling, reboot, download Logbook Pro again and reinstall.

If that doesn't work and Logbook Pro will launch, try optimizing your data file per this newsletter article.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that did not work. I am unable to figure out how to optimize my data file when trying to use the newsletter article.
