1) What is the primary method to 'back-up' my adpl logbook?

2) In the 'Duty ON' and 'Duty OFF' blocks, how do I make the program add 15 minutes to my 'Block-In' time for mandatory debrief? I believe I have the box checked under the General section, but it doesn't add it in.
