Need Info N numbers are no longer automatically importing

I haven't imported trips in a while. I have notice that my N numbers from my schedule are no longer being imported in my logbook. When using schedule importer, I can see that the N number field is populated, but when I import it into my samsung tablet, the N numbers do not import. I fly for (ASA) Express Jet.

I have tried different settings for the Aircraft ID. My import information does contain the Aircraft ID but it no longer imports.
