As to phone support, we are not staffed for such, we instead offer rapid response e-mail support pretty much around the clock and our community based forums so not only us but our other Logbook Pro and APDL experts can offer their solutions to your questions. Bottom line, if we're on the phone all the time, we are not developing. If we are staffed to handle the phone support, we cannot price the products where we do. In 9 years it's never been a problem, we respond to all correspondence rapidly.
