Not exporting to PDF. Help please.

Hello. I am trying to export my logbook report into a .pdf format to take to FedEx and have them print it out. I cannot get it to work. When I click to export, I get the rolling cursor like it is doing something, and nothing happens. I go to check the target folder it was suppose to export to, and it is empty. When I try a .tiff it works. I tried to take a .tiff file to FedEx and they said that a .pdf is what they need to do this.

Any ideas?
