PDA Hotsync

I have downloaded the software and purchaced the code to unlock it. I have also downloaded the singlesync program from airlinelogbook.com. When I performed a hotsync I was expecting the data from my pda to just appear in the Logbook Pro program. Should it show up automatically or do I need to extract it somehow? Is there a way to see if the data actually did transfer? Thanks for your help, -Bretman
