Problem Merging PDA Data

I use the Palm Companion to LBP Professional edition. I can successfully hotsync, and when I use the PDA Wizard, it tells me that my new flights have been merged (and shows the detailed information in the PDA merge summary window), however I do not see the new flights in the PC logbook, and they are not included in any summary or report data. What am I doing wrong?
