Problems Syncing APDL to Logbook Pro

I used the pda wizard to sync my apdl to logbook pro, and got nothing. Am I missing a step somewhere? I have entered the registration codes on both sides. Any ideas?

Hello,

Please ensure you have the latest versions of APDL and Logbook Pro. Make sure your Palm Username is set correctly in the PDA Wizard in Logbook Pro 1.10.26. If you have further problems, please create a support ticket and attach the PDASyncLog.txt file located in C:\Program Files\Logbook Pro.
