Program Crashes

downloaded 1.9.6.5

Trying to open the backup logbook file.

then I am prompted to "run the update" at which time, the program crashes without warning.

same thing with open a data file.

Please e-mail your BAK file to support@nc-software.com for review. Can you also reply with the file size (KB) of your BAK file? If it's not over 200KB it's probably an invalid backup.
