Will this map out international flights also ? For example when I fly from Florida to Puerto Rico via Bahamas and when I fly to other islands of the Caribbean.

It will, but you have to enter the airport info (lat-lon) information manually.
Keep a copy of Airports.apt in a safe place in case you have to re-install someday.
