Summary Garbage Collection Error

Any time I try to do a summary I get a garbage collection error with the message: System.InvalidCastException:Could not find resource assembly. So what does that mean and how can I fix it.

From your PDA please tap (Settings)(System) and (Memory). Tap (Stop All).
From your PDA please tap (Settings)(System) and (Regional Settings). Please
let us know what the shortdate format is set to. Then change it to M\d\yy.

Re-run the AirlineLogbook program. Test the crewrest page.

If the error re-appears please, check the "General" preference page and make
sure that "YTD Starting Hours" is set to H.M and not HH:MM. For example 72.3
is ok, 72:13 is not.
