Synchronisation problems

Hi,
Could you please help me with the following problem.
I upgraded to Logbook Pro Professional (V1.9.8.5), which I use on a laptop (WindowsMe) and on a home computer (XP) and on the road I use a PDA with APDL (v6.0). When I try to sync between the PDA and my laptop using singlesync (v6.0) it will only generate the reports but when I open Logbook Pro the data is not updated. (yes the option is selected on page 3 of singlesync). I tried the same between my PDA and my home computer and get the same problem.Any suggestions?
