where do I put my adpl passcode on pc

as I understand it. I am to put my passcode in both my palm as well as my pc. so where do I go to enter my passcode for the pc?
also I have tried to sync my palm to my pc and it shows no data in merge que. any suggestions?

In Logbook Pro 1.10.26 click the PDA menu and then follow the option to register PDA licenses. You can also click the button on the lower left of the PDA Wizard which is what you use to accept the PDA data into Logbook Pro.
