Please include day and night takeoffs in addition to only landings. In a crew environment they are
not always done by the same pilot.
Also, I'm a guy who is constantly filling out insurance forms. UGH! It's already been suggested but,
there aren't that many different pilot forms out there (ex. USAIG, AIG). This pilot would definately appreciate it.
