Another lost code problem

I boughtlogbook proon Aug 4<SUP>th last year using that combined deal with airline logbook. Since then I have a new email and address (so your system would send the code to my old email address which I can’t access anymore). I send an email explaining the whole problem and details (Including a copy of the paypal receive) (with a tracking number of SPT-040625.22959). Karen Auman of airline logbook has already answered me with my authorization code.</o:p>

OK. After almost a week since the initial post, can anyone in NC Software reply to this?

Hello,

I saw your post but it stated that Karen Auman answered you with the authorization code. You did not have a question for NC Software, but instead what appeared to be a kudos for Karen Auman in handling your issue. I will gladly respond to the support ID you indicated with your registration information for Logbook Pro.

Karen send me the key for their program and it doesn't work with logbook pro. Let me know if you need more information.
