• Apple released it's annual update - iOS 17 for both iPhones and iPads. After preliminary testing we see no issues with both Logbook Pro and APDL on iOS 17. We will continue our thorough testing with the public release and follow up should we find any issues.

    We are giving a green light on iOS 17 for all of our iOS apps.

I had posted before that the leg notes are not transferring into logbook pro from APDL when I sync. In the setup I checked Crew and Leg Notes but only the crew is transferring. When I asked for help with this they said it would be resolved in the next update. I was wondering if you had solutions now that NC has taken over.

Thanks,
Michael

Michael,

Take a look in the "Remarks" section of the logbook entry in Logbook Pro. The display field is smaller than the amount of text imported. You will have to scroll to the right to see the notes if you use Crew and Leg notes. For example:

(By Day)

XXXXX CA XXXXX XXXXXX FO XXXXX XXXXX FA XXXXX - (0263)a note(0271)b note

* (are the flight numbers)
(By Leg)

XXXXX CA XXXXX XXXXXX FO XXXXX XXXXX FA XXXXX - a note
XXXXX CA XXXXX XXXXXX FO XXXXX XXXXX FA XXXXX - b note

To refresh old APDL records in Logbook Pro, delete an entire month from Logbook Pro. Palm->Hotsync. PPC->Run APDL SingleSync, to refresh the data.

If still no leg notes email support@nc-software.com, with a copy of apdl_synclog.txt, conduit.txt, and a AirlineLog-YYYYMM.pdb file or APDL-YYYYM.ddd file. Please indicate which day did not import the leg note.

Fly Safe!
