Changing popup lists for position catagories

A while back I changed the popup list for position catagories and took out the CA because I was an FO. Now that I have upgraded I can't remember how to add the CA catagory back in and take out the FO catagory.

Options--> Preferences --> Setup --> Position Categories

Select category you want to include and check the "include in popup lists" box

Go into Options -> Preferences -> Position Categories and select the DEFAULT button. This will reset all the position categories.
