Neal,

When I print a split report, I <think I> used to get the option for coverpage, or to insert one, if I remember right, it was a button by the swap margins. Did that go away? ( I think it came up after you swapped margins.)

How can I insert a blank or cover page to start on a custom split report so that my manual duplex will turn out correctly?

I hope I'm not missing something simple...

Click the third tab on the bottom "Combined" and you'll get/see these options when running the split-series reports.
