Crew member import?

Why doesn't the crew on pairing import?

We don't parse crew from the schedule importer, we do have a feature request open to investigate it. Various trip formats have various data such as a long list of over a dozen crew + FA's for a trip, it would be quite complex but we are going to see what can be done.

Just Cockpit crew would be okay. My pairings only have one other cockpit crew member.
