CSV Report

I Purchased APDL & LBP as a combo. I cannot figure out how to make these two get along. They do not seem to play well together. I saw the audio presentation on bringing data from APDL to LBP, but LBP doesn't like the time format. Also, APDL doesn't send along a Type A/C on the CSV monthly or detailed report, and LBP does not like that. By the way which report is better to try to import: monthly or detailed? In your answer, please assume that I know nothing. Trying to simplify, but seem to be complicating.
