Data lost after sync

Hello,
I just imported my data for the month, and ADPL seems to have lost all flight times for the last three days of the month. The schedules are still there as I imported them, but the times, A/C number, etc all gone.

Any idea what gives here? Anyone else had this problem?

Backup your Logbook Pro data file (File..Archive..Backup)

Delete the flights from the current month in Logbook Pro.

Check your settings in SingleSync and the 'Sync Logbook data on or after' setting to force a resync.

Re-sync.

If you continue to have a problem please tap (S) on the logpage of the legs that are not imported into LogbookPro. Make sure you have a Trip number entered. For each leg make sure you have a Flight Number entered.

Palm (Hotsync)
Pocket PC (Run APDL SingleSync)

Then create a support ticket with the contents of apdl_synclog.txt and conduit.txt files included.

These files can be found in:

Palm (c:\program files\palm\[your palm user name]\apdl)
Pocket PC (c:\program files\airlinelogbook.com\[8 digit pocket pc id]\APDL)

Fly Safe!
