On the Desktop sign out of the cloud then sign in again and be very careful you're signing in to the same NC Software account as you're using on your device.
If you sync your PC and the data disappears from the cloud the PC pulled it off. It is in your data file most likely, why you're not seeing it I'm not sure. Did you try with a RATING?
yes. IVe tried a rating as well. Still nothing. On the cloud it says Logbook Pro Desktop (PC) Data Synced on 12/15/2014 01:03 UTC ( this was when I re installed the desktop application and reinitialized the cloud portal) every time after Ive synced the desktop its not changed this date and time is changed the last app synced date/time and it says the following.... Last App Synced on No Data Pending Sync to Desktop
The app data will show No Data Pending... when the PC pulls it off the cloud and inserts it into your log file. Please open a support ticket and include a backup of your Logbook Pro PC database (File...Backup to File (skip password)) and we'll try to assist you further from the help desk.
