Default Pay Catagory and Positions

Hi,
How does one change the defaults from "Block" and "CA-PNF-DAY" on the viewed log page?

The software by design defaults to 'Block' and 'CA-PNF-DAY' respectively.

You can shorten the respective popup lists buy un-checking 'Include in popup lists' under each item in the Payroll category or Position category preference page.

Thanks for the response. I think there may be a bug there. Whenever I have another pay catagory, like training for instance, the remaining legs are empty of any data, except for the default of "BLOCK". then on the pay calculation, I always get credited based on BLOCK and not on the training day I have inserted. How do I get around this without editing all ten leg entries?? Thanks again for the prompt response.
