Drop Down menu for callsign

Is it possible for the Pocket PC version to have drop down menus for the aircraft callsign having input the type as per the main program.

Also if entering data from flights in the past the date change at the top of the first sheet isn't carried through to the block times. Is there any way this could be implemented??
