Duty Rig Applied to RAP Days

Hi, back on reserve and trying to configure my settings, so I probably missed one. Every time I create a SCR RAP day, it applies the airline duty rig (1:2) to pay. If I have a 12 hour RAP of 10-10 and do not add any flying to the day, it still shows a credit of 6 hours even though duty says 0 hours. Any suggestions?
