Entering Out/In time

How about this? When the time window pops up for entering the Out/In time, select the field and scroll through the possible values with the Up/Down bottons on the bottom-center of the PDA? That makes it a kind a two handed operation, I know. But, you could scroll faster to the number you want to enter.
