Error with PDA

I installed the program onto my PDA, and i load it up on the PDA, and i get a Warning message: 'Please run the Hot Sync again to download PC data to your PDA Companion. (No Aircraft Specified).
I added aircraft and Hot Sync'd several times, and still get error.

To help you best, please click the USER CP button on the top right, then go to EDIT PROFILE and completely fill out your profile, such as Operating System and PDA.

What is your OS?

What is the PDA model you are using?

If you are using Windows 98, your operating system is probably missing some drivers required. Go to the PDA Support forum here in the e-Community and you'll see a 'Sync Errors' thread. Within that are two hyperlinks for drivers to install.

Prior to installing the drivers, UNINSTALL your PDA, if using the Palm Companion, go to your Windows Control Panel and remove the AppForge Universal Conduit.

Install the drivers, reboot, reinstall the PDA Companion.
