I know that flight time can be broken down by Make & model but is there a way to keep track of it by N number as well. I fly numerous aircraft of the same make & model & would like to find out how much time I have in a particular aircraft.

You can do this in the Analyzer now. I suggest watching the Analyzer videos on the main page at www.logbookpro.com to see how to get your money out of the Analyzer.
Quick hint: Run the Analyzer, then expand the + sign on the aircraft types along the left column.
