Import wizard in LBP

Hi guys. I am trying to import an exported file of my Palm data to import into LBP. I am runing the wizard and stuck at the "configure import" step in the wizard. When I go to select the target column for each column I don't see DATE, AIRCRAFT, TYPE in any on the pick list. Can you help me sort this out? I have attached my file that I am trying to import.

Be sure to check the checkbox on the 2nd step that the first row contains column headings.

yeah, that box is checked. it's just the required items are missing from the pick list.
