Install for Logbook Pro 1.9.9

Is there an install available for Logbook Pro 1.9.9 which doesn't attempt to download anything when you run the installation? The PC's on which we are using Logbook Pro do not allow downloads of any kind. I have used a machine which does allow downloads to download the install, written the file to CD and tried to install it on my machine. It fails when it attempts to download WindowsInstaller-KB893803-x86.exe which of-course is not allowed.

Hello,

This is a Microsoft update to the Windows Installer engine. It is suggested to install this update and I'm not sure there is a way around it. We do have another installer that is a more complete package that most do not require, you are welcome to try it by clicking here.
