IPC and History Events

Using History Events for IPC. However, there really isn't a "time" requirement for the IPC - based on the currency items (approaches, hold, tracking) it's possible not to ever be required to have a IPC. So with the IPC, Approaches and holds in the "any to pass" it still shows the IPC due in the time frame selected.

So is it possible to not select a "time frame" for the IPC?
